Check Out This Tree Problem From A Hudson Valley Home Inspection

I like trees as much as the next person. But the damage that they can cause when not trimmed properly can be very costly. Trees do not stop growing and they will tear up anything that tries to stop them.

As you can see…

The very first thing that I noticed is what you see – branches hanging over and laying on the roof. This, folks, is not a good thing.

Just the wind blowing could cause the branches to get under the  shingles and tear them up!

This is very easy to take care of -  just trim the branches before it causes any real problems.

Buying a home is a big investment. Having the home inspected by a professional home inspector before you go to closing helps protect your investment.
